At the Joseph Thomas Foundation, our mission is to assist medically fragile children within our service area with the purchase of medical equipment and services when Medicaid and other sources are unable to assist.

We aim to outshine medical disabilities — offering hope, relief, and compassion to those facing overwhelming challenges.

Above all, we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus as we serve our communities with love, grace, and purpose.

As a special-needs child, Joseph required constant medical care. Our family knows firsthand the emotional, spiritual, and financial challenges this can place on loved ones. That’s why the Joseph Thomas Foundation was created — to help ease that burden for other families.

Through funding for medical equipment, supplies, and more, we are proud to stand beside families navigating some of their hardest days.

Thanks to our generous sponsors, volunteers, and community partners, JTF has helped over 1,200 families — and we’re growing every day. Our mission is simple: ensure no family walks this road alone.

At the Joseph Thomas Foundation, we offer two programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our communities:

✨ Financial Assistance Program
Through this program, we provide support to medically fragile children ages 0–18 (or up to 21 if enrolled in public school) by helping families secure essential medical equipment that enhances quality of life.

🧡 The Closet Program
Open to individuals of all ages and always free of charge, The Closet provides access to gently used medical equipment and supplies for anyone in need.
