Joseph Thomas Foundation Journey of Hope is approaching soon and we want you to be involved!
Journey of Hope is an evening of fundraising and raising awareness for special needs children.
JTF will host a semi-formal night of fundraising and our guests will enjoy a catered dinner and a silent auction. Funds raised will directly benefit families raising medically fragile and special needs children.

By sponsoring Journey of Hope you are impacting the lives of children living with complicated medical diagnosis, families raising special needs children and those experiencing a medical related crisis.
WHY SUPPORT THIS CAUSE?
By becoming a sponsor you are directly impacting JTF's ability to continue providing medical supplies and equipment for special needs children in the Big Country and throughout Texas. We are depending on a successful fundraiser to continue approving financial assistance request from families desperate for financial help while navigating the life of raising a special needs child.
